Lux Lindner was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1966. He studied Graphic Design at the Escuela Nacional Prilidiano Pueyrredon and at Pratt Institute in New York.
He has held exhibitions the Galeria Centro Cultural Rojas, the Fundacion Klemm and the Museo of Arte Moderno, in Buenos Aires. He has been awarded the Primer Premio at the Fundacion Telefonica, the Fullbright Schollarship from the Fondo Nacional de las Artes, and the Premio Braque Fundacion Banco Patricios, from the French Embassy.
Politics and history are recurring subjects in his work, as well as a source of inspiration, so is music, Internet, his father’s drawings and the conversations he listens to on the street.
