Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the US only. We are hoping to expand to other regions and countries soon. If you are interested in purchasing from abroad, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How much will shipping cost?
No matter where you are in the US, we offer a flat rate ranging from $50 to $75 depending on the size of the print. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship from our gallery in Chelsea within 1 business day from when the order is processed. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following business day. During high volume periods, like a sale, the processing time may increase. For domestic orders, FedEx delivers shipments in 3-6 business days.

What is your return / exchange policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, your prints are not everything you had hoped for please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and and we will straighten things out. We happily accept the return of undamaged products for a full refund in the form of the original payment.
