"In the groups gathered in Suspender, the effects of the eccentric -in the literal sense of the displaced- and the "weight" of what hangs or is erected from two points of support, acquire a forcefulness that exceeds the pictorial fiction to become an experienced presence. What is provoked by this special geometry is perhaps due to the ways in which she generates these forms, resorting, in the case of Suspender, to threads that tend from the edges of the canvases to design empirical curves such as those conceived by the architecture of catenaries", Adriana Lauria.
